1. Acceptance of Terms
By using SparoPay, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, stop using the platform immediately.
2. Description of Services
SparoPay provides:
- VTU Services (airtime, data, TV, electricity bills)
- Dispatch Rider Booking & Delivery
- Household Cleaning Services
- Vendor Marketplace Space
We act as a digital intermediary connecting users to verified service providers.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate details and maintain account security. You are responsible for all actions under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraudulent activity.
4. Payments & Refunds
All payments are processed securely through in-app wallets or integrated gateways. Cash on delivery is permitted for selected dispatch and household services. Completed transactions are non-refundable unless verified errors occur. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours.
5. Wallet Usage
Funds in your SparoPay wallet may only be used for transactions within the platform. They are not bank deposits and do not accrue interest. Illegal use (e.g., money laundering) is strictly prohibited.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Engage in fraud, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Use SparoPay to transact illegal goods or services.
- Interfere with network operations or data security.
- Misrepresent identity or ownership of accounts.
7. Limitation of Liability
SparoPay is not liable for losses caused by network errors or third-party failures, any damage arising from rider, vendor, or service provider actions, or unauthorized access due to user negligence.
8. Termination
We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent behavior. You may close your account anytime by contacting support.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Partner Service Policy
1. For Dispatch Riders
Must hold valid identification, vehicle papers, and insurance. Must ensure professional conduct and safety on the road. Delivery charges and commissions are clearly displayed in-app. Riders receive payment after successful delivery confirmation. Repeated violations or customer complaints may lead to account deactivation.
2. For Household Service Providers
Cleaners must maintain professional ethics and confidentiality. Any damage to client property must be reported immediately. Payments are released only after customer confirmation of completion.
3. For Vendors
Only verified vendors may list products or services. Vendors must provide accurate descriptions and pricing. Counterfeit or illegal products will result in immediate account suspension. Vendor commissions are deducted automatically per transaction. Disputes will be resolved through SparoPay’s support channel.
4. Customer Responsibilities
Provide accurate addresses and contact information. Inspect goods or services before approving completion. Report issues within 24 hours via in-app support or email.
5. Dispute Resolution
All complaints should be sent to sparopay123@gmail.com. SparoPay will mediate between parties and aim to resolve issues within 72 hours.
6. Policy Updates
This policy may be reviewed and updated as services expand. Updates will be posted in the app and website legal sections.
